I hired Team Star Pools and Masonry to completely refurbish my tired and old gunite pool. Nick and his team replaced all of our coping stones, installed all new tiles and re-plastered the entire pool. They were professional, respectful of our property and very responsive. It’s great to know there are still craftsmen who take pride in their work. I couldn’t be more pleased with Team Star and how our pool turned out. We had our pool done on Monday, a week from today. We live in Hampton Falls NH. They came in at 6:15am in the morning. They worked until 4:00pm. I don’t even think they took a break for lunch. They came back the next morning at 6:00am They put the tiles on and grouted them. They got all the poles patched in. They did not come Wednesday, be they needed drying time. They came back at 6:00am on Thursday and finished it up! It came out absolutely gorgeous! It was $4000 less than what another pool repair company quoted us on. They worked like absolute crazy men and asked nor wanted anything. They cleaned up everything every single day and took all the trash with them. They were marvelous! Nick is one of the best contractors we have ever had. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Very hard to find a quality company / masons who will do smaller sized jobs. Most pool companies that say they offer the service of repairing a tile line are full of it. I found Nick from a forum in my town and he made the proper repairs to my large pool in order to replace my tile line. He is also an animal and I mean that in a good way! He came in on a Wednesday, took out all the old tile, prepped the surface and came back on Thursday to finish the entire tile line. Nick called a water supply company and they were out on Friday to refill the pool We were swimming again on Saturday. We saved not just thousands, but tens of thousands of dollars replacing just our tile line and not the entire pool surface and coping.
